Do you book or guarantee the service?
No. We are a directory. You speak to the professional directly and agree on price, timing and scope with them. We review every listing before it goes live and act on reports from customers.
How do I contact a professional?
Open their profile and tap Call or WhatsApp. You speak to them directly; we are not involved in the conversation or payment.
Are the prices fixed?
Prices are set by each professional as a guide. The final amount depends on the actual work, materials and travel. Always agree on the total before work begins.
What does “ID checked” mean?
Our team has seen a government-issued ID for that professional. It confirms identity only; it is not a guarantee of work quality, so read reviews and use your judgement.
Can I get a driver for darshan or a station pickup?
Yes. Many private drivers list Baba Dham and Basukinath darshan trips, Jasidih Junction pickups and outstation trips in your own car.
What should I do if I have a problem with a provider?

How long does approval take?
Most new profiles are reviewed within one working day. You can log in to see your status at any time.
Why did my profile go back to “pending”?
When you change your name, categories, prices or photo, we review the change before it goes live again. This keeps information accurate for customers.
Can I list more than one service?
Yes. Choose every category you work in, and add prices for each service you offer.
How do I get more calls?
Complete profiles do best: add a clear photo, prices for your common jobs, your working hours and photos of past work. Ask happy customers to leave a review.
Can I remove my listing?
Yes. Contact us from the email or phone number on your account and we will remove it.
