Information we collect

From service providers: name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number, service categories, prices, working hours, area, languages, a description of your work, a profile photo and work photos you choose to upload.

From visitors: information you choose to send us through the contact form, reviews and listing reports, such as your name, email or phone number and your message. Our servers also record basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security.

What is public

Approved provider profiles are public. This includes the display name, phone number, area, services, prices, hours, photos and published reviews. Do not upload identity documents or anything you do not want shown publicly as a profile or work photo.

How we use information

• To run the directory and show provider profiles to visitors.
• To review listings, reviews and reports for safety and accuracy.
• To reply to messages and help with accounts.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Access to the admin area is restricted. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Your choices

Providers can update most profile details from their dashboard. To delete an account or ask what information we hold, contact us using the details on our contact page.
